The fact that Democrats considered whether it would affect their election chances or not shows that this was all just a political move.

We all saw Trump’s approval ratings go up with this Witch Hunt. When the Senate gets the truth out of Hunter Biden it will really go up. The Democrats are shooting their self the foot.

The Democratic Party has lost their way And lost the American public with their continual diversion from what they owe all Americans. I Voted for Trump simply because I could not vote for Clinton. Most probably will vote again for him v/s candidates we see today excepting Tulsi Gabbard.

Yeah, he has an out. All the campaign promises he made and didn’t complete he can now say, “I was trying, but the Dems and the MSM didn’t want me to make America great again”

However, if he is impeached and removed he will be going to jail along with his sons.

While we can say what the President did is not appropriate, the huge questions is did he commit a crime and is it impeachable ? My opinion, NO. So Trump 2020.

Now the globalist Brits are interfering in our election as in Trump deserves impeachment & Trump deserves defeat in 2020. There’s not much that this rag gets right including the last two weeks of impeachment hearings. On Wednesday, Ambassador to the EU Gordon Sondland, testified that Trump never told him to withhold the security funds & an oval office interview for Zelensky subsequent to the Ukrainians’ public announcement of their corruption investigation moving forward into Burisma & Hunter Biden. In other words, there was no quid pro quo even though, Sondland testified earlier that there was. Your hawkeye reporter missed that case buster.

Sad why? Trump has been v.effective on the economy, N.Korea, Iran, putting a stop on the unfair trading practices of China & the EU, and ignoring the anti-Western globalists in the UN. If I was an American I’d be v.happy with his leadership.

Then there’s no “checks and Balances.” The Executive Office would be for sale. We would lose all credibility with our allies. Finally, there is life after Trump. The Republican Party has already evolved into an all white radical political wing of our political system. Reelection will embolden more hate crimes and all normacy will rely on the party in power. Given the racial diversity of our country. We people of color will just wait until all immigrants, minorities, and women become the majority. Eventually, time will erase the GOP. They’ve already rejected their own reports about their lack of moderacy and resistance to diversity.

  22. Cyd Oman
    November 22, 2019 @ 4:21 pm

The jist of the concerns of Americans of all political persuasions about Trump’s phone call to Ukrainian President Zelensky is the clear attempt, using his “favor” as the base, to inject corruption into the situation.

This leads many to wonder if Trump is using American aid dollars to ask other foreign countries for favors – perhaps favors that financially benefit himself, his family, or his high public officials, like the Secretary of Commerce, Secretary of the Interior, Secretary of State, Secretary of HUD etc.

If Trump had behaved with less vindictiveness during the “honeymoon” he was granted, if he had used moderation in his speeches and tweets, attended to the American traditions of financial disclosure and been transparent and level-headed in his public and private dealings, he may have been able to survive this one very serious mistake.

But Trump has made it plain he cannot control his impetuous nature and wouldn’t control it if he could. He is so full of himself he has no room inside his head to reflect on his past errors. This is not the first mistake he has made, just one in a long list of them

The truth is millions of citizens no longer believe him. He is no longer trusted, no longer worthy of trust, no longer worthy of more second chances.

We are like parents of a willful, incorrigible petulant teenager who steals mom’s jewelry and sells it for drugs or takes money from grandma’s purse and uses it to buy beer for his friends or takes the car when he has been grounded by dad and then wrecks it.

He cannot escape the constant public scrutiny his actions have made necessary. He cannot escape the questions the public has developed from watching what he does, listening to what he says, thinking about how he said what he said.

Citizens are asking why we must accept behavior from Trump we will not accept from teachers, firemen, police, mayors, governors. The inevitable fall out for Trump’s failure to read the whole nation accurately is this impeachment process.

Although impeachment may be disruptive, the disrupters are not citizens exercising their rights. Disruption is not the fault of citizens demanding to bring government into accountability and transparency. Each elected official – Republican, Democrat, Independent, Green, Libertarian – carries the burden and the blessing of public trust. Once it is lost, it is very reluctant to return.

Trump’s initiatives for the South Asia and Middle East’s Security and stability are incessantly commendable, confronting China’s rise and ensuring democracy;alongwith Islamophobia,Intolerance,Ethnocentrism,Immigrant discrimination and White Supremacy.American’s should continue supporting him. He’s the best of America afterall.

If he doesn’t get impeached and he won’t then he will truely believe he’s above the law and he will be absolutely Wright. Then sit back and watch America run wild with corruption.

    • Abstractism
      November 22, 2019 @ 4:59 pm

Not all corruption is bad, and having none at all is actually unfair, because authorities have biases anyway for people with an above social status or who have many lawyers, they judge you if you’re popular or not based on very shallow reasoning and your penalty is set accordingly… At least have some money balance that out… America anyway is an anarchistic and shallow society and that will never change.

  25. Abstractism
    November 22, 2019 @ 4:53 pm

This entire comment section is biased for the Democrats. Okay. I just want to tell you, left wing people, that you hurt me in general, you never allowed me to pursue my goals without having to have “contacts” everywhere, i couldn’t maintain my business because I lacked the ability to deal with dumb people despite me providing to nice people like me (*left wing promotes democratic power to dumb people and represses anyone who is intelligent*), and in the end receiving no support because a leftists friend is just a social acquaintance and that’s all.
I live in this country where we switched from left to right in a confidence vote. EVERYONE AROUND ME WOKE UP, talks nicer behaves nicer, authorities have started to function even it you don’t “know” anyone there. Having my country cross to right wing saved me. That’s all i needed to say.
