I like EVERYTHING he’s saying, but I really don’t like the WAY he’s saying it. It’s so hard to listen to him. The way he switches back and forth between what he has written down and his comments as he is reading it. Almost like it’s the first time he’s looking at it…
I know it isn’t, but it’s hard to listen to with the stopping and starting.
I totally disagree with the whole bump stock thing. I think it’s unimportant and unnecessary. It won’t make any kind of a difference…. But I liked the way he jumped in to say he would handle that on his own. It keeps something that would normally be a distraction, and he knows it, so he made sure to pull it out.

Here’s my idea. Put bullet proof baricades, like a partition inside all the class rooms. I have a design already which locks into the wall. I just don’t know how to get this idea out.

You cannot arm even veterans who are teachers .it’s too risky and makes it even easier for a shooter to hold the teacher up at his gunpoint, while he disarms the teacher and forget it. He adds one more weapon to his arsenal. Or there could be teachers who turn on their own students too. Never know. We need to look at all angles on this subject, not just jump to unnerving conclusions.

28:14 “There are limitations on the 2nd Amendment. You can NOT OWN AN AUTOMATIC WEAPON…” 🤤🤤🤤🤤 FAIL!!!! MANY people in the U.S. legally own fully automatic weapons!! Do your research and KNOW WTF you’re talking about before you make.a fool of yourself!!

let’s pretend. you are a teacher, you hear shots being fired in the hallway. you close and lock the classroom door as the alarm sounds. the shots get closer as you huddle the kids into a corner and HOPE the shooter skips your room. he doesn’t. the lock is shot to pieces. you see him kick the door open. you watch him bring the rifle to bear on the students cowering in the corner.
do you watch him kill each child, one at a time, squeezing the trigger as fast as he can, or blast away from your concealed position behind your desk with your 18 round ruger 9mm pistol?
in our “gun free”, target rich school environment, you helplessly wait your turn to die. lose the ridiculous, stupid GUN FREE ZONES and allow those who are willing, to defend themselves and the kids. let the murderers wonder how many armed adults await them in the schools.
DO NOT provide them with safe “KILL ZONES”.
    common sense

I’ve been very vocal in my criticism of Trump, but i tip my hat to him for this. Good job Trump. Arm School staff. Feinstein saying ARs are the “latest and newest” ummm no. Sorry AR’s have been sold in stores since 1963.

Wow an honest individual. Thank you Craig. I appreciate you expressing your displeasure with the President. However in this case, you applaud him. Myself, I am just the opposite in regard to the President this time. I can not believe what I am hearing out of his mouth. Opening the door for Feinstein and her assault weapon ban. “battle field weapons she calls them. The ability for these politicians to make laws. Affecting our lives with subject matter they have know experience with. They make legislation affecting us for a life time. On subject matter they are not educated nor bother to get educated on before voting it law. They make it sound as if you can go on line.
Buy a gun and have it show up on your front porch. Or some how take possession of it without a background check. “Its a loop hole”.

The big question is, is Trump crazy or is Trump just pretending to be crazy. Americans better pray and hope that Donald Trump is only pretending to be crazy. The point of no return is when Trump starts believing in the things he is saying.

Every time a democrat says something he doesn’t like , even though he says yes, he crosses his arms defensively.

why dont they put the age of hand guns down to 18 and these ar 15s to 21, that seems more logical to me.

I am a student in a small town of Iowa in 8th grade and I don’t know what caused this but in my school we used to have a conference room that we would use for our homework etc. in that room was transformed into a room that they could put students who were freaking out and punch in and yelling they were going to kill people it’s about time we get some teachers with some actual firearms

it just simply CANNOT BE THAT THEY ARRIVE AT A SOLUTION TO EMPOWERING THEIR TEACHERS THRU’ GUN POSSESSION. THERE ARE BETTER AND MORE SIGNIFICANT WAYS TO EMPOWER THEM TO BE THE GARDENERS OF THE LITTLE YOUNG ONES!

THERE HAS TO BE A SHIFT…..A SHIFT IN THINKING AND PERSPECTIVES IT IS NOT LIKE A LINEAR EQ THAT THEY DO THIS AND YOU GO A NOTCH UP TO SECURE THRU ARMS……TAKE A U-TURN GO TO THE ROOT OF THE ISSUE AND DEVISE A HOLISTIC SOLUTION…..WHAT IS THE GUARANTEE THAT THE TEACHER HIMSELF IS NOT GRIPPED BY A MENTAL AILMENT AND DECIDES TO USE THE GUN AND OF COURSE WELL CAMOUFLAGES THE INTENT AND PURPOSE!!!!!!!!!!!???????????????????!!!!!!!!!!

“They’re not going in when they know their gonna come out dead… ” Not necessarily… many mass shooters have also commited suicide during these massacres. There are suicides by cop. Are we going to create suicide by teacher by arming teachers? How do teachers feel about that?
