Kenneth Starr when. Prosecuting Clinton for impeachment! Spend a lots of time speaking to the. Media that’s why his impeachment! Proceeding didn’t go that we’ll. Again Clinton because he wasn’t! Remove from office he was forced. To give up his law license he cannot! Practice law anymore

    December 20, 2018 @ 3:06 pm

In other words Ken Starr is saying that Clinton didnt commit a crime (perjury) until he lied under oath about getting a BJ from Lewinsky. The American people need to put the criminal Russian Trump under oath and he will lie in the first 10 seconds and continue to perjure himself most likely a hundred times during 1 hour time span and then the American people can indict him for the Money Laundering, Campaign Fraud, Embezzlement, Bank Fraud and Emoluments Constitution violations. The entire criminal Trump family Ivanka, Don Jr , Eric , Melania and Jared can also be indicted for the same crimes and go to prison as well.

Ari is possibly the best at what he does write now. The man breaks down the news down in such a way he makes it palatable to all ….. I wish he was BRITISH.
    Treasure him America

oh please… “no collusion”? you’d have to be brain dead at this point to not see how all the dots connect. and this nonsense that there can be no obstruction of justice because the president has absolute authority is pure nonsense! I just want to punch Starr in the face every time he says that. complete BS.

[Please pass this message on to Ari]

Ari, you need to become a better interviewer. You need to be smart enough to lead him down a path vs hammering him. The hammering makes you seem petulant. You need to mature as an interviewer. You’re not in court, but this forum gives you the opportunity to do more. If you could just learn how to do it. Get a coach.

Better yet, just don’t do interviews. They don’t play to your strengths. Instead they are always somewhat cringe-worthy.

Serious question out of curiosity : will the redacted info and files ever be unredacted in the future? Will we ever see whst Flynn actually did? It’s a fundamental fact that the special counsel could have charged Flynn with a lot more serious charges if he really wanted to.

Ken Starr…you’re on here to push your book, apply a different standard today…and undermine Mr. Mueller! Shut up!

  13. Goldie H
    December 20, 2018 @ 5:25 pm

Ken Starr’s attempt of sounding reasonable is creepy. He is only gaslighting the public, stop bringing him on!

  14. Doc Lewis
    December 20, 2018 @ 5:30 pm

All I remember about Mr. Starr is that he wanted to impeach President Clinton regardless of the evidence and regardless of the witnesses. We have somebody in the oval at this moment that, according to Mr. Starr’s theories, should’ve already been removed from office…like within the first few hours due to all of the lies, starting with crowd size.  Side Note:  kellyanne conherway was on Mr. Starr’s team investigating the Clintons. I wonder why she hates Sec. Clinton so much.

  15. Doc Lewis
    December 20, 2018 @ 5:34 pm

Flynn was a gov’t official when he did some of his crimes. I feel just like the judge. But for Mueller to give such a light sentence, there is DEFINITELY something that rose to the level of giving the easiest and least sentence possible. Considering that Flynn was one of the best defense intelligence officials that our country has ever seen (per people who liked him and disliked him), he had plenty of dirt to give Mueller. Mueller also stated that because of his timely cooperation “something” happened or didn’t happen because of Flynn.

  16. Doc Lewis
    December 20, 2018 @ 5:37 pm

Cohen didn’t completely cooperate with the SDNY. He did with Mueller but not SDNY because I think his family may be in some legal trouble if he cooperated fully with SDNY. He may end up fully cooperating with them but he didn’t have an agreement to do so at the time. He may end up with one…or may have one now. I’ve actually been trying to avoid the news lately. Seems like I’ve stepped into a new and weird timeline.

  17. Doc Lewis
    December 20, 2018 @ 5:40 pm

Wait? There’s no evidence of collusion from the campaign? What? Seriously? Apparently, he only watches ‘fox’ because so far Mueller hasn’t shown us anything. A few public facing documents to let us (the public) know that he’s working on it and he’s making progress.

  18. Doc Lewis
    December 20, 2018 @ 5:42 pm

Actually, it has EVERYTHING to do with the campaign. How do you get rid of sanctions? Put in a “friendly” president who wants to do business with the country and will do anything (anything) to get rid of the sanctions. Like the rolled back sanctions on the guy today. I wonder why?

  19. Doc Lewis
    December 20, 2018 @ 5:47 pm

It’s obstruction of justice when you fire an FBI director when he won’t stop looking into your campaign and russher and admits that that is why he fired the FBI guy. He wouldn’t stop the investigation into this russher thing so I fired him. THAT’S obstruction because it’s for an illegal reason. He should’ve just said I fired him because he was too tall.

  20. Doc Lewis
    December 20, 2018 @ 5:51 pm

“We over-criminalize things in this country”?  Interesting. He had President Clinton impeached for lying about an affair. This guy in the oval now has done 100 times worse but because he’s a rdpol then it’s “over-criminalizing” things. Have I got that right? Dems do it…it’s criminal and impeachable. Rdpols do it…well…”it’s been over-criminalized”. Seriously? FFFFLLLUSSSHHH. That’s my toilet flushing his excuse.

That was the best interview I’ve seen on any of these news shows. Ari Melber interrogated him and it got to the truth. Why not always do that? I see these pundits slip right out of having to admit things all the time. It’s frustrating to hear just arguing when this is exactly the way it should be done. Keep it up!

Ken Starr was someone on a witch hut by the republicans. The investigation he conducted has soooooooooo many holes in it. Clinton was guilty of a morale wrong not a criminal wrong. Sorry Ken your just there to promote a book that no one is buying cause you need the money cause the money spent on you by the republicans ran out awwwww

Of course Trump can be indicted, he is not above the Constitution and the laws of these United States of America simply because he is President! He took an oath to protect and uphold the Constitution and laws of the United States of America, if he breaks any of those laws he can be indicted.

I caught the ferry over to Shelbyville. I needed a new heel for my shoe, so, I decided to go to Morganville, which is what they called Shelbyville in those days. So I tied an onion to my belt, which was the style at the time. Now, to take the ferry cost a nickel, and in those days, nickels had pictures of bumblebees on ’em. Give me five bees for a quarter, you’d say.
Now where were we? Oh yeah: the important thing was I had an onion on my belt, which was the style at the time. They didn’t have white onions because of the war. The only thing you could get was those big yellow ones…

What about shooting someone on 5th Ave, is that impeachable? Everyone is respectable until they aren’t, even Flynn was respectable for 20 something years until he was caught. smh Ken star is trash.

We should lock people up, if they are poor and commit crimes to make any money.

Kavanaugh needs to be Impeached, along with 45. Interesting how Starr & Mueller are both Republicans, Starr leaked tons of info against a Democrat Pres., while Mueller leaks nothing against a Republican Pres.

An illuminating and stimulating exchange. Ari must miss doing real lawyer work. He was great and it seemed Starr was forthright. I didn’t like Starr’s behavior back then and still don’t, but it’s good to hear his reasoning.
