Trump is such a horrible President that almost every one in the Democratic party is running for President.

I am glad of that. We should think before voting in 2020. I will not be voting for Trump in 2020 if he is still in office. However I will not side for or against the Republican party itself. I will vote the person, not the party.

Trump is such a successful president that there is no viable candidate for the Democrat party. This is why there are so many.

No one can unite us. The far right has become the radical party of Trump. Do you really believe all the white supremacists would ever turn on republicans? The only reason those bigots voted for Trump is because he’s the only one who embrace’s them.

Not always true. I am no bigot. I am not a racist. I voted for Trump because I thought I had no other choice.

We are a flawed democracy. It will take decades to untangle the damage done from our baseline of undemocratic systems, holding back the will of the people. So, don’t hate the player…hate the game.

+Berder King , Yes. End the electoral college system. Elect future Presidents by direct popular vote.

N S no no, it’s not the electoral college that’s a problem. It’s in place for a reason. We would be 10x worse if Hillary had won. And it’s not just the far right. The left and right are equally to blame

One Party Rule “Absolute Power, corrupts Absolutely”. We have reached that mass here in California!

sounds like he’s interviewing for a corporate job. I don’t hear a single policy in there between all the lipservice of “I get stuff done”, “creating business”, “I’m a doer”, “getting people together”. also he thinks climate change is bad, especially methane, but has no proposition to fix it. he’s also not against medicare for all, if only it doesn’t change anything. facepalm.

“I’m a part of the solution”, lol, no you’re not.

Everything that Colorado is today is because of marijuana. They have the tax money and job creation brought by weed.

Chris Long: Legal pot has helped, but tech and renewable energy jobs are bigger contributors to the economy.

with a name like: Hickenlooper, I doubt that. Also, never heard of this man until 2 days ago. However, traitor Trump is dangerous.

These talking GOP heads (Scarborough & lackeys) lack the ability to think clearly when it comes to the democratic party. They are living in their little repub bubble and cannot see or hear a thing outside of their preconceived bias notions. At least the Democratic party is not a group of mindless followers who are willing to sell the U.S. to outside countries to put buck in Trurmp’s pocket.

Just like Russia had to get a GIANT shot of capitalism in the late 1980’s, in order to survive and thrive. The USA needs a SMALL injection of socialism (health care for all) in order to strike a better balance. Communism, socialism, capitalism … are ingredients to bake a better society. Sometimes you must adjust the recipe, or perish.

He’s finally said what so many don’t want to hear. We are not a completely, nor does anyone but the top 5% want us to be a completely Capitalist Nation. We always have been a mixture of Socialism and Capitalism. It is what has allowed us to function, but it is also what has allowed the wealthy to take advantage of the poor and degrade the middle class. We can strengthen our Capitalist core while ensuring equal opportunities at wealth through our Democratic Socialist ideals towards humanity. Very few if anyone, wants the USA to be a Socialist Nation, we just want everyone to enjoy their slice of that Apple Pie we claim is available to all.
